What you authorize
By enrolling, you authorize Six Eyes to act as your authorized person under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119-12) and prepare removal requests for intimate images of you that you confirm were shared without your consent. Six Eyes prepares each request for your review. Nothing is sent until you confirm it.
Your face data
- We use your selfies once to build a face match, a list of 512 numbers, and then delete the photos. We never store your selfies.
- We use the face match only to find images of you. We never sell or share it.
- We delete your face match and case history when you ask, or 90 days after your last open case closes.
Your signature
Typing your full name below is your electronic signature. It confirms that you are the person in these selfies, that you are 18 or older, and that the statements in each removal request are true to the best of your knowledge.
If you are under 18
Don't use Six Eyes. Use NCMEC's Take It Down at takeitdown.ncmec.org, which removes images of minors without anyone having to view them.
